    You can use your gmail plan to do throw-aways automatically. If your email address is email@gmail.com, you snare your throw-away address as something like email+whatever@gmail.com. Then if you start getting spam from that email hail, you can just filter "whatever" to your spam folder. Replace "whatever" with any text and drenching and repeat.
