You can use your gmail financial plan to do throw-aways automatically. If your email address is email@gmail.com, you trap your throw-away address as something like email+whatever@gmail.com. Then if you start getting spam from that email sermon, you can just filter "whatever" to your spam folder. Replace "whatever" with any text and laving and repeat.
